Jacket purports to be a 46R and pants a 40W but...there's no way. I wear a 42S/36W and while this is certainly a bit big on me, it's nowhere near what I would expect a 46R jacket and 40W pants to be like. Sounds like some silly Italian sizing to me. It fits more like a 44S jacket and 38W pants in my opinion.
I was going to have this tailored to fit me better but ended up with a couple other similar color suits that were better fits off the rack.
