NWT Black Diamond Mens winter ski pants. They are not insulated they are a shell layer for backcountry touring and skiing. An excellent layer because they are well vented and light. I have the women’s version of the pant and wear it for touring and resort days. They are awesome! Enjoy :) pics look gray but pants are black
