So Era wise Im going with the 1950's because I have personally seen photos of this on a wall, taken in 1958. I've found a rare couple online claiming this is 1940s. It's a very cool vintage piece of Christmas decor regardless. Photos show size/ measurements. The art and age is very cool. Fully intact. Great size for mini candy canes or small candies. Lots of fun.
