Crafted in the 1960s by Tilso Japan, this whiskey/liquor jug features a stunning white raised relief design of a castle and cathedral on a cobalt blue background, accentuated by gold gilt trim. What sets this decanter apart is its built-in music box, cleverly housed inside a wooden insert on the underside. Equipped with a metal wind-up key and lever, when you wind the key and lift the jug, the music box plays the tune "How Dry I Am." As you set the jug down on any surface, the metal lever stops the music. The decanter stands at approximately 7 1/4" in height, including the stopper, with a body circumference of 14 1/2" and a width of 3 1/2" at the bottom.
Please note that the Vintage 1960s Singing Decanter is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or fleabites to the pottery. The key and lever work perfectly, and the music box operates flawlessly.
