This is a vintage Barbie 1977 Best Buy fashion outfit. It's #9969 and outfit includes a pair or blue sparkly pants and long blue tunic style top.
Outfit definitely has some major flaws so please also see photos. The pants have part of the elastic at the waist that has come undone. The tunic has some all over noticeable marks/spots and discoloration. I've listed multiple up close pictures for reference.
